REFUND POLICY :
All Returns/Refunds must be inquired via e-mail to : sale@lovevinylrecords.com -or- calling 317.353.2310 (11am-8pm Eastern).  Returns will only be accepted if a mistake was made on our part, which should be a very rare occurence, if ever for any regular customer.
Excusable issues include :  

1.  Received incorrect record from order

1. Contact regarding issue via e-mail or phone
2. Repackage record in original box and attempt to 'return to sender' to get it sent back free - otherwise pay for the shipping costs and we will reimburse you
3. Once recieved we will mail the correct record back to you

2.  Record was broken and packaging was poor

1. We suggest using insurance on all shippments, but rest assured  we pack records with the utmost care.  We've been doing this for 8 years now!
2. Please contact regarding a broken record via e-mail or phone and we will see what can be done.
