Columbia Pitman pressing variation, with label typesetting from Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Santa Maria, plus some copies bearing metal parts from Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles and Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute (and "Pitman" written in script in the deadwax of such stampers), with delta numbers from Monarch Record Mfg. Co. (but not their stamped 'MR' in a circle); typesetting layout differs from Capitol's own pressings in that:
- Track selections all below spindle hole
- Except for Track B1, arranged thus: Title, songwriter credit, running time (right next to same, rather than justified right), followed by publisher and rights society

Runouts are etched except 'P, MASTERED BY CAPITOL' are stamped.
