Refund Policy

Returned Package: If an item is returned for insufficient address issues we will request payment of a second shipping charge for reshipment. We may also be charged a return fee on the package which is also to be paid by the buyer before we can reship. If you opt to cancel and refund the original shipping fee does not refund and we will also deduct the return fee if applicable. 

Return Policy: We will accept back any item that is found to be damaged or defective and provide a return shipping label for said item. Please send us a message on the site, or email, with photos of issue and your request to return/replace. Upon receipt of the item we will provide a full refund or replacement for the original item or another item of your choice. If you are wanting to return because you have changed your mind you can send it back with your own label at your earliest convenience to:

Upon receipt we will refund back the item price and taxes, minus processing fees (roughly 2.9% of the full payment amount).

Cancellations: If you have placed an order that you want to cancel. Please contact us with this request and we will refund you back the full price minus our processing fees (3%) that we do not get back on refunds.

If the cancellation is because we are out of stock or unable to fulfill your order, you will be provided a full refund including the processing fee.

Pre-Order/Presale Items: We have the expected release date on all items and we ship the item as soon as we possibly can based on when it arrives to us from distribution. Most domestic releases are sharp with their release dates unless there is a changed date. You may inquire about your item's release date at any time. Imported titles can have a less exact release date and our shipping time may vary based on when it is released and the time it takes for them to be shipped to us. Usually within a week of the date, but not normally more than 2 weeks past date. Feel free to inquire about your order at any time for an update.
