Refund policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus original shipping and payment processing fees (2.9%).

Cancellation request refunds for remorse cancellations or returns are subject to processing fees being retained because they do not come back to us. Your refund amount will be the total of your order minus the processing fees of our credit card processor or paypal.

Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to fully process through to your end.

Defective & Damage Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will provide a return shipping label for these instances.
