"The Mel-O-Dee rolls on this LP were recorded on a 1910 Steinway 65/88 note player on July 8, 1972, in Detroit. Tempos were approved by Eubie Blake on May 6, 1972.

Rear cover title reads "Blues and Spirituals". Front cover and spine titles read "Eubie Blake 1921-Vol.2".Labels titles read "Eubie Blake - 1921, Volume .2". Subtitle on front cover reads "Rare piano roll of early blues and spirituals".
"Piano Roll Series" on back cover and labels and not "Rare Piano Roll Series" as the series name.

All rolls were produced in New York by The Aeolian Company. Release dates (actual recording dates are unknown but would have preceded the release dates by at least a month or two):
