Responding to the audience's frequently expressed wish for detailed Boogie Woogie sheet music, Axel Zwingenberger had all 12 tracks from this so-called Best Of LIVE album professionally transcribed. As a result, for the first time ever, authentic and unabridged sheet music for this piano style is available worldwide. Several of these pieces have since become Boogie Woogie standards. The album was recorded live in Munich during concerts at the Drehleier and the Theaterfabrik Unterföhring in 1984/85. Now, 40 years later, this anniversary edition is being released as a limited fan box set, featuring: * the original album on CD * a Midnight Blue vinyl edition * the complete sheet music book * a digital metronome * and a vinyl record bag - A unique collector's item for Boogie Woogie enthusiasts and fans of Axel Zwingenberger alike.
