Roxy Music - "Country Life" Critically, Country Life is deemed to be Roxy Music's most consistent and sophisticated album. Musically and lyrically, the album has been considered more cynical and hard-rocking than their previous work. Released in 1974, it was their 4th studio album and includes the singles "The Thrill of It All," and "All I Want Is You." This vinyl reissue is mastered at half-speed and cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. It also features revised artwork with a gloss laminated finish.

Single sleeve with poly-lined die-cut black paper inner and lyric inner sleeve. Tracks are sequentially numbered on back of sleeve but not on disc labels.

Original shrink-wrap features a rectangular hype sticker to the front which reads "180g heavy weight vinyl Remastered and cut Half-Speed from the original 1/4" tapes at Abbey Road Studios, London", and a rectangular barcode sticker to the rear, which reads “180g heavy weight vinyl mastered and cut Half-Speed at Abbey Road Studios, London”.

Rear sticker: Made in Germany

Catalogue number appears as RMLP 4 on lyric inner sleeve and barcode sticker but RMLP4 elsewhere.

Matrix numbers are hand etched in the runout area. Plating marks like '1Λ' and '1V' are mirrored.
