Nick Reinhart, guitarist, and singer of cult favorites Tera Melos / and a frequent musical contributor to Death Grips and Portugal.The Man has created a new project under the moniker Disheveled Cuss. A departure from the innovative and very technical/ambient compositions he’s known for, Disheveled Cuss lives somewhere in-between early Weezer and Teenage Fanclub with a heavy 90’s indie rock influence. Reinhart is a prolific musician; with four Tera Melos LPs and contributions to the aforementioned bands above, he also just wrapped up playing guitar in Best Coast as part of the house band of Fred Savage’s new TV show, was a member of supergroup Big Walnuts Yonder (Minutemen, Wilco, Deerhoof), one half of the duo bygones along with Zach HIll (Death Grips, Hella) and more. The self-titled debut album Disheveled Cuss is an accomplished new turn and an exciting indicator of things to come from Nick Reinhart.
