This is for a Columbia House club edition pressing of the 2RS 2237 catalog number. "Manufactured by Columbia House Under License" is printed on the back cover of the gatefold in the center near the bottom.
This release is similar to another Columbia House release that can be found here Gordon Lightfoot - Gord's Gold but with a unique enough matrix to be considered a separate pressing, most noticeable by the complete dropping of the label matrices from the etched runout and the lack of stamping and scratch outs.
This release has Columbia Records Santa Maria Pressing indicators on Sides A to C and Columbia Records Terre Haute Pressing indicators on Side D which may indicate an exchange of metal parts from one plant to another.
