The release was planned for January 2022 and then postponed for a September 15, 2022 release. Some stores already got copies in January 2022 and sold them to customers. This is where circulating copies are coming from. The September date was then postponed/withdrawn again while it was not clear for quite long if/when this will get a "proper" release, it is now announced for november 24th,2023.
