Originally released in 1976, Sad Wings of Destiny is one of the most influential albums in heavy metal history. Produced in cooperation with Judas Priest, this Original 1976 Masters edition was newly remastered to preserve the power, warmth, and dynamic range of the original recordings while revealing exceptional clarity and detail. Presented in the band's intended running order beginning with "Prelude," this CD also includes the bonus track "Diamonds and Rust," recorded during the Sad Wings of Destiny sessions.
