SINN SISAMOUTH “A Journey Through the Heartland” (HOH-7-001): $50 each (EP+Book+Poster)
A hand-numbered, ultra-limited edition deluxe EP/Book/Poster package featuring four specially selected songs of Sinn Sisamouth, each of which highlights a different province in Cambodia, providing a posthumous reflection upon his homeland - his heartland - by Cambodia’s greatest and most revered artist. The vinyl color was also carefully chosen: transparent sun yellow vinyl, symbolizing sunrise and hope… for (as the House of History label founder says), "there will be a tomorrow for every Khmer to hope, thrive and work together to build progress and achieve great things.” To make this elaborate package even more special, it comes with a 50-page book which includes some thoughts on Sinn Sisamouth and Camboida, lyrics to the four songs translated into 22 languages (!), in order to provide Sinn Sisamouth’s admireres around the world the opportunity to understand the poetic depth of his composed lyrics — and a poster. Vinyl pressed in the USA, overseen by Lion Productions, and the entire package an official collaboration with the Sinn Sisamouth family.
