Strikes Back is legendary salsa singer Héctor Lavoe’s GRAMMY® nominated 1987 solo album on Fania Records. Produced by salsa icon Willie Colón, the album is one of Lavoe’s most honest and poignant recordings, with songs like the biographic “Loco,” the Amanda Miguel cover “Ella mintió,” the Tito Curet Alonso composition “Escarcha” and the song dedicated to his native city “Ponce.” Featuring (AAA) lacquers cut from the original master tapes, this remastered reissue is pressed on 180-gram vinyl (Black).
