This is a 1970 Reissue of the Tamla LP "Make It Happen" (TS 276 from 1967). The front cover art title/track listing have been altered to capitalize on the Fall 1970 hit single of the song "The Tears Of A Clown". However back cover and labels are still titled "Make It Happen"
