This is labelled "First Edition", as it's an initial version that was pressed to CD prior to the July 28th deadline before Travis Scott was able to put the finishing touches on his album (creating the "Second Edition" aka final edition). The differences of this First Edition are primarily that;
"Sirens" excludes the outro performed by Drake.
"Meltdown" does not appear due to Drake not having finished his verse in time, instead "Aye! Ft. Lil Uzi Vert" took its place, which had appeared a month prior on Lil Uzi Vert - Pink Tape.
"Fe!n" contains an extra verse from Sheck Wes on top of the appearances from Travis Scott & Playboi Carti.
"Skitzo" has an alternate intro.

There is CD-TEXT on the CD; it mispells Hyaena as Hyaene, it stylizes Fe!n as Fe!N, and it adds a space before the question mark in "I Know ?", matching the DSP title, where the CD face design has no space. Apart from that, it is the same CD-TEXT titles as the titles on the CD face. No ISRCs on disc.
